It is with pleasure that I write this review. I am the daughter of the seller for property 2810 Tilden Ave in Brooklyn. This has been our family home for over 25 years, and after all these years, my mom finally decided to retire and part ways with our home. We initially hired another Realtor and realty company to represent us in hopes to get the home sold quickly. At the time it was a seller’s market, but after two months, we parted ways, realizing the Realtor could not close a deal that met our expectations. At the time it was a seller’s market, but after two months, we parted ways, realizing the Realtor could not close a deal that met our expectations. Soon after the market shifted, and we hired Jeffrey. Upon hiring him, we made it clear that there was a specific number we needed, and he fought to make that happen even though the odds were stacked against him. My only regret is that I didn’t listen when my mother initially insisted that we hire Jeffrey and not the first Realtor we had. Jeffrey was patient, and kind and developed a relationship with my mom that went beyond just selling a house. She believed in him and he came through! Even going above and beyond to assist with the closing of her dream home in West Palm Beach. Jeffrey is knowledgeable, smart and aggressive! All characteristics I think are necessary in a Realtor, but he’s also compassionate, a good listener and kind; the latter being the most important in our relationship because it was the time and interest he put into getting to know us that helped him achieve the sale goal we wanted. Thank you, Jeffrey! I will scream from mountain tops of your commitment and hard work! You are the best!

Before choosing a real estate agent we conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they would make into selling the property (time, effort, and how they would promote the listing). We met with Jeffrey at our home and immediately connected with his enthusiasm and knowledge of the market. He spent hours answering our questions and provided tons of objective data regarding comps in the area and our options for pricing and selling. Jeffrey made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps in crafting a marketing plan like having a pro come and give staging tips having professional photos taken and a lot more.
